Hyaluronic Acidヒアルロン酸

FoundationalDecades of evidence

Cross-linked and free-form HA, engineered as a stratified hydration matrix.

Hyaluronic acid is the dominant glycosaminoglycan of the dermis, capable of binding up to 1,000 times its weight in water. Junsui Mirai uses a stratified molecular-weight blend: high-MW HA (1,500 kDa) for surface film and plumping, mid-MW (200 – 500 kDa) for upper-dermal cushion, and oligo-HA (5 – 50 kDa) for deep-dermal CD44 receptor signaling. Cross-linked at 1.2% with proprietary BDDE-free chemistry.

Mechanism of Action

From topical application to expression.

01 · Tissue hydration

HA binds water via hydrogen-bonded shell, restoring intercellular matrix volume. 1g binds up to 1L of water in dermal conditions.

02 · CD44 signaling

Oligo-HA fragments engage CD44 receptors on keratinocytes, upregulating barrier-lipid synthesis (ceramides, AQP3) and accelerating turnover.

03 · Scaffold for fibroblasts

Hydrated HA matrix provides the 3D scaffold for fibroblast migration, collagen deposition, and elastin assembly during repair.

04 · Free-radical sink

HA scavenges hydroxyl radicals via its glucuronic acid backbone, providing mild antioxidant defense in inflamed tissue.

Evidence Honesty

How we talk about Hyaluronic Acid.

What it actually does

Builds a tissue hydration matrix and scaffold for repair — the safest, most validated category in aesthetic medicine.

What we won't claim

Facial volumizing — that is filler territory, a different molecule and a different intent.

  • 03Refrigerate after first use; oxidation degrades HA over weeks at room temp
Practitioner Questions

FAQ.

Why three molecular weights?+

Each MW band acts at a different skin depth. A single-MW formula either sits on the surface (HMW only) or fails to plump (oligo only). Stratified blends address all depths.

Crosslinked vs. free HA?+

Crosslinked HA resists hyaluronidase and provides sustained volume; free HA delivers immediate hydration and signaling. Mizu uses both.
