Junsui Mirai products are pure, single-use scientific reconstitution kits. Because of their cosmetic-grade nature, our returns policy is intentionally narrow — designed to protect both the integrity of the product you receive and the safety of every other customer.
The 14-day window
You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the kit meets all of the following:
- ·Unopened — the outer carton seal and all eight ampoule seals must be intact.
- ·Unused — no visible signs of reconstitution, puncture, or tampering.
- ·Original packaging — kit, ritual card, and all interior components present.
- ·Within temperature spec — the cold-chain indicator (if present) is green.
What cannot be returned
- ·Any kit where the carton seal or any ampoule seal has been broken.
- ·Any opened or used cosmetic applicator or accessory (purity cannot be re-verified).
- ·Studio/professional wholesale orders (covered by separate B2B terms).
- ·Reservation deposits (e.g. Mugen August 2026 — credited toward the final price, not refundable).
Return shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the parcel is tracked and insured. We recommend using the same courier class the kit arrived in. Junsui Mirai is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Refund timing
Once your return arrives at our Tokyo intake facility, we inspect within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, less the original outbound shipping fee.
Damaged or defective on arrival
If your kit arrives damaged, with broken seals, or outside temperature spec, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the carton, ampoules, and packing slip. We will replace the kit at no charge — no return shipment required.
How to start a return
Email care@junsuimirai.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply within one business day with the return address and a return authorization number. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed.
