Shipping

Every Junsui Mirai kit ships from our Tokyo fulfilment partner in insulated, signature-required packaging. We use only tracked courier services that maintain visibility from dispatch to your door.

• ·$25 USD flat-rate tracked shipping on orders under $250.
• ·Free tracked shipping on orders of $250 or more.
• ·Express upgrades available on request at care@junsuimirai.com.

Delivery times

• ·Handling: 1–2 business days from order confirmation.
• ·Transit to United States, United Kingdom, EU, Canada, Australia: 3–7 business days.
• ·Transit to other destinations: 5–14 business days, quoted on request.
• ·Reservation/pre-order SKUs ship when the drop is released — you'll receive a separate tracking notice.

Cold-chain & integrity

The lyophilised (freeze-dried) actives in our 8-ampoule kits are stable at room temperature in transit. Each box ships with an insulated foil liner and an integrity indicator. If your indicator is red on arrival or the carton seal is broken, contact us within 72 hours with photos.

Customs & duties

Orders to the US, UK, EU, Canada and Australia ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any import VAT, GST or customs duties levied by your local authority are payable by the recipient. We do not undervalue parcels.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not updated for 5 business days or your estimated delivery has passed by 3 business days, email care@junsuimirai.com with your order number. We'll open a trace with the courier and ship a replacement if the parcel is confirmed lost.
