By accessing junsuimirai.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully — they include important information about cosmetic-product use, intellectual property, and limits of liability.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. Studio/wholesale accounts require verified professional credentials. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Product information & cosmetic-use only
Junsui Mirai ampoule kits are cosmetic skincare products formulated for topical use. They are not pharmaceuticals, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not medical devices. Any procedural use (post-care, topical ritual) is at your own discretion or that of a licensed practitioner. Patch-test before first use. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding without consulting a healthcare professional.
Pricing & payment
- ·Prices are in USD and exclusive of any local import VAT, GST, or duties.
- ·We may correct pricing errors before shipment; if a price changes, we'll contact you for confirmation.
- ·All payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting a payment you authorize the charge.
- ·Reservation deposits (e.g. Mugen August 2026) are non-refundable and credited toward the final retail price upon release.
Shipping, returns & risk of loss
Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy and return rules in our Returns Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery.
Intellectual property
All site content — names, marks, logos, photography, ritual card text, scientific copy — is owned by Junsui Mirai Labs or our licensors and is protected by international IP law. You may not reproduce, scrape, retransmit, or use it commercially without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of the site or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of Tokyo, Japan. Where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides stronger rights, those rights apply.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
