Junsui Mirai Labs ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what personal information we collect when you visit junsuimirai.com or place an order, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

What we collect

  • ·Contact & order data — name, email, shipping address, phone (if provided), order history.
  • ·Payment data — processed directly by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
  • ·Account data — if you create one, your email and any preferences you save.
  • ·Usage data — pages visited, device and browser type, referring URL, IP address (anonymised after 14 days).
  • ·Communications — emails or messages you send to us.

How we use it

  • ·To process and ship your orders, including customs documentation.
  • ·To respond to customer-care messages and studio/wholesale access requests.
  • ·To send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping, returns).
  • ·To send marketing emails only if you've opted in — you can unsubscribe in one click at any time.
  • ·To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • ·To improve the site through aggregated, anonymised analytics.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum data required with a small set of trusted processors:

  • ·Stripe — payment processing.
  • ·Our Tokyo fulfilment partner — for picking, packing, and shipping.
  • ·Couriers (DHL, FedEx, Yamato) — for delivery and tracking.
  • ·Google Analytics — anonymised site usage statistics.
  • ·Email service provider — for transactional and (opt-in) marketing emails.

We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone. Ever.

Your rights

Under GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California) and equivalent laws, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we process it. Email care@junsuimirai.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Retention

Order records are retained for 7 years to meet tax and customs obligations. Marketing consent is retained until you withdraw it. Analytics data is anonymised after 14 days. Account data is deleted on request.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies for cart and checkout, plus optional analytics cookies. You can decline optional cookies via the banner shown on your first visit, or by adjusting your browser settings.
